Scalepex is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team and build pipelines for U.S.-based agents. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, craft creative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong English skills, and hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS/CRM systems. This role offers a full-time, on-site/nearshore working setup and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting high-volume US-based roles is preferred.
• Advanced English (C1 or above) required for candidate/client comms.
• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and referrals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US-based customer service roles.
• Source, identify and engage qualified candidates across channels.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess fit.
• Create outreach messages and maintain ongoing candidate communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients for updates.
• Ensure timely candidate experience and recruitment metrics tracking.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and stay informed on market trends.
