Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its expanding team. This fully remote role enables you to recruit across multiple departments from anywhere in Mexico, partnering with hiring managers to define strategies and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to source and recruit candidates across various industries and levels.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and various recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
