The Role:

If you have industry experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition and know the fundamentals of qualifying candidates this job is for you. We spend time understanding our clients' story, the problem they solve, and communicate it clearly to candidates to ensure it's a fit. Presenting a compelling story that motivates a candidate to leave a company for a better opportunity is the objective.

The Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial Zoom calls with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for technology startups.
2. Use a structured interview process to evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
3. Document and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
4. Collaborate with founders, hiring managers, and the HR teams of our clients to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
5. Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating the opportunity.
6. Schedule and coordinate subsequent interviews for qualified candidates with hiring managers and technical teams.
7. Follow up with candidates to provide feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.

The Requirements:

1. Fluent in English with impeccable communication skills.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3. Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales in the tech industry.
4. Strong understanding of technical roles and engineering skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
