Power Digital Marketing is seeking a contract Recruiter to plug directly into an active, high-volume recruiting pipeline and own full-cycle recruiting across a set of assigned roles. This execution-focused engagement rewards speed, independence, and a genuine care for moving candidates through a streamlined process with care.

You will work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to maintain momentum on open requisitions while delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are, using

Formación

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Strong communicator with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI recruiting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, maintain clean records and pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize recruiting workflows.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in Talent Acquisition.
