Job summary

Pavago is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse client base. You will source, screen, interview, and present top candidates while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and clients.

You will manage job postings, build pipelines, and coordinate interviews across multiple roles, industries, and remote teams, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience conducting structured candidate interviews.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to coordinate multiple recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and publish engaging job postings across platforms and build strong talent pipelines.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with clients to refine candidate profiles and hiring strategies; deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support onboarding processes.
