United Airlines in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Care Associate to assist travelers with fares, schedules, and travel documents in English and Spanish, delivering a courteous, informative experience.

You will handle refunds, flight changes, ticketing, and travel arrangements, and support colleagues across shifts, including holidays. Must be 18+, fluent in both languages, and legally eligible to work in Mexico.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent required.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish ( written and spoken).
• Must be at least 18 years of age required.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and/ or unforeseen situations.
• Must have valid US Visa and Passport
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates information to customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, travel documents (Visa/Passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice and courteous manner
• Resolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service
• Arranges for ticketing and other special services
• Notifies customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules
• Assists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans
• Operates computer terminal equipment to access, input and retrieve information
• Sells consultatively
