United Airlines seeks an Airport Customer Service Agent to assist international travelers at the airport, delivering friendly service at counters, gates, and in lobby areas. You will issue tickets, tag baggage, greet customers, and guide them through check-in and boarding with courtesy and confidence.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, high school diploma, and flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 18 years old
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Spanish
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Ability to travel to other countries for training purposes
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain a valid U.S. visa

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting, and advising customers, tagging, and handling baggage
• Preparing tickets, determining fares and routing to assure passenger's travel needs are met
• Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build loyalty
• Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining responsibility when inconveniences occur
• Working daily with a safety mindset and upholding high standards
