You will handle inquiries accurately, efficiently, and respectfully, following our procedures and performance metrics. The role emphasizes confidentiality and quality interactions.

In this position you will resolve issues, document interactions, and support a range of customer concerns while adhering to process changes and maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to complete typing test of 25+ wpm.
• Able to adapt to process changes and maintain flexibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Research and resolve issues reported by end-users via phone, email, and chat support.
• Manage and maintain a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues.
• Ensure login and passwords are kept confidential.
• Document all customer interactions according to procedures.
