United Airlines in Baja California Sur, Mexico, is seeking a friendly airport representative to assist international travelers with ticketing, baggage, and gate guidance. You will greet customers, resolve travel issues, and deliver memorable service with a smile.

This local role requires English and Spanish proficiency, the ability to stand all shift, travel for training, and eligibility to work in Mexico without sponsorship. A high school diploma and a passport with US visa are preferred.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent certificate.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
• Holds a valid passport and US visa.
• Ability to travel to other countries for training purposes.
• Ability to work any shift within a 24/7 operation.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting, advising customers, tagging, and handling baggage.
• Preparing tickets, determining fares and routing to meet passenger needs.
• Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to build loyalty.
• Stepping up to anticipate needs while maintaining safety and responsibility.
