Landing is seeking a Member Support Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. You will respond to emails, calls and chats to resolve member questions quickly, recording clear notes and coordinating moves with hosts and properties.

The role requires English fluency (B2-C1), strong communication, and 1+ year of customer service experience. The position is on-site in Polanco with a night shift, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
• Ability to work from Polanco office in Mexico City
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Night shift availability 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, 5 days/wk with weekends
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills with multiple admin tools
• Self-motivated, hardworking and customer-focused
• Thrives in fast-paced environment and adapts to change
• Tech-friendly: Mac, Google Drive, and Excel

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Landing members via email, phone and chat
• Record interactions with clear notes for each request
• Coordinate member move-ins and move-outs at Landing homes
• Own resolution of home issues with follow-up between members, hosts, and properties
• Create and assign tickets to ensure proper follow-up and great member experience
• Find solutions to meet member needs and retain long-term relationships
• Communicate and reinforce value of Landing products and services
• Provide expert property knowledge to guide members through Landing journey
