Landing is seeking a Member Support Analyst to join our Mexico City team on-site. You’ll handle emails, calls, and chats, providing friendly, accurate assistance to members and ensuring timely responses.

In this role you will coordinate move-ins/outs, document interactions, and escalate issues to hosts and properties while building strong relationships and showcasing Landing’s value. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service, fluent English, and thrives in a fast-paced office culture

Formación

• 1+ year of proven customer service experience.
• Fluent English (B2-C1) written and spoken.
• Ability to work from Polanco office in Mexico City.
• Availability to work night shift 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, weekends included.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with Mac, Google Drive, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Landing members.
• Record all member interactions with clear notes in response to each request.
• Coordinate member move-ins and move-outs at Landing homes.
• Own the resolution of home issues, including follow-up between members, hosts, and properties.
• Create and assign the appropriate tickets for proper follow-up and experience.
• Find solutions to meet member needs and retain long-term relationships.
• Communicate and reinforce the value and benefits of Landing's products and services.
• Provide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Landing journey.
