Motorola Solutions is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer based in Monterrey to partner with Sales and craft tailored video security and access control solutions. You will demystify complex tech, deliver product evaluations, trainings, and persuasive presentations, and travel extensively to client sites and tradeshows.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in pre-sales, strong English and Spanish, and deep knowledge of security systems design, integration, and enterprise hardware.

Formación

• 3+ years of proven experience in a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering role with video security and access control.
• Solid grasp of access control and video surveillance markets and solutions.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and deeply passionate about technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with native Spanish and strong English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales to design and present video security and access control solutions.
• Serve as the tech guru, conducting product evaluations, trainings, and persuasive presentations.
• Dive deep into Motorola Solutions products and share knowledge to empower sales and customers.
• Travel 70–80% locally and internationally to support tradeshows, site surveys, and deployments.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
