SMC Corporation Mexico in Monterrey seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth across automotive sectors, build long-term client relationships, and negotiate agreements with Tier 1, Tier 2, and OEM partners.

You will travel internationally for trainings, participate in product launches, and coordinate demonstrations while ensuring English proficiency and a proactive, innovative mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Advanced level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel and availability for training abroad (6 months).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with Tesla's global team and engage key Tier 1, Tier 2, and OEM partners.
• Develop and manage negotiations and agreements.
• Ensure brand specifications in new product launches and projects.
• Generate improvement proposals across plant areas.
• Increase market share in focus areas.
• Develop new products and custom solutions to meet client needs.
• Plan and run product promotion events and demonstrations.
• Design strategic service plans for each operation area.
• Map and analyze plant processes and monitor competitors.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations showing equipment benefits.
• Present comprehensive reports to supervisors and management.
