Motorola Solutions in Reynosa, MX, is seeking a Channel Operations Support Analyst to support the Worldwide Video Sales Operations Team. You will manage back‑office tasks, onboarding, and data coordination to keep deals moving.

Join a dynamic, global security technology leader and collaborate with Order Management, Finance, IT and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve processes, while maintaining strong communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or Sales Admin roles.
• Hybrid work availability, 2 days per week in Reynosa office.
• Strong written and spoken English with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle back-office activities: onboarding, account setups, data gathering.
• Coordinate information to troubleshoot onboarding issues and orders.
• Serve as primary contact for resolution of onboarding and lifecycle inquiries.
• Collaborate with Order Management, Finance, IT, and Customer Success.
