Rapido Solutions Group in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator Team Lead for dayshift to supervise a small operations team. You will coordinate daily logistics, assign workloads, and ensure on-time movement of shipments across the network.

This role requires at least 6 months of leadership experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 6 months of leadership experience.

• Team Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of a team, including workload distribution, task assignment, and scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Performance Management: Set performance expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
