Rapido Solutions Group in Guadalajara seeks a Customer Service Representative to schedule deliveries, trace loads, and resolve issues that arise during pickups or deliveries.

You will work Monday to Friday night shift, coordinating with drivers and dispatchers to ensure on-time performance and accurate data entry in our systems. This role demands clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• Experience in intermodal transportation or import/export business preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task when necessary.
• Flexible; able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule deliveries and trace loads for customer shipments.
• Respond to problems that arise during the day regarding pick-ups or deliveries.
• Enter and manage data accurately in the computer system.
• Monitor on-time performance and prepare tracking reports.
• Communicate with Dispatchers to resolve issues and avoid delays.
• Understand and apply carrier rules and requirements.
• Support operations to ensure smooth rail and pier related processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary

$23,000 MXN / month

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative schedules deliveries, traces loads and responds to problems that arise during the day regarding pick-ups or deliveries.

Essential Functions

• Perform prompt and complete data entry
• Enter accurate customer orders in computer system
• Monitor on-time performance for driver delivery and pick-up
• Prepare tracking reports
• Understand and abide by various customer requirements
• Understand the operations and rules of the various rail carriers and piers
• Communicate with Dispatchers to avoid any problems with loads or transports and resolve any issues that may occur
• Trace and monitor existing loads in the system to prevent problems from occurring
• Other duties as assigned
