Rapido Solutions Group in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator Team Lead for dayshift to supervise a small operations team. You will coordinate daily logistics, assign workloads, and ensure on-time movement of shipments across the network.

This role requires at least 6 months of leadership experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Location: Guadalajara, Jal
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:30-16:00 hrs

Salary: $23,000 MXN / month

Position purpose:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations within a specific department or functional area. The Team Lead serves as a point of contact for team members, provides guidance and support, and contributes to achieving team goals and overall business objectives.

Team Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of a team, including workload distribution, task assignment, and scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Performance Management: Set performance expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members to support their professional development and maximize their potential.
• Training and Onboarding: Facilitate the training and onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they receive necessary training, resources, and support to perform their roles effectively.
• Problem Solving: Assist team members in resolving complex issues, escalations, or customer complaints by providing guidance, facilitating problem-solving discussions, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Generate reports and provide insights to management on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
