Rapido Solutions Group is seeking a logistics-oriented professional to support carrier relations and load dispatch from our Guadalajara/León operations. You will manage communications with carriers, keep the TMS updated, and ensure timely documentation and tracking through the shipment life cycle.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and strong written/verbal communication to meet customer deadlines and drive process improvements within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Prefer college degree or 1 year of applicable carrier sales / freight brokerage / transportation and logistics experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve.
• Proactivity; highly motivated and driven.

Responsabilidades

• Foster positive carrier relationships operationally by working with carriers booked on loads by Carrier Sales.
• Dispatch drivers and track and trace loads through life-cycle of shipment ensuring that customer deadlines are met.
• Communicate updates and issues to team members.
• Work with carriers to identify and resolve issues. Escalate issues as appropriate.
• Update company TMS with required documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure drivers are set-up to accept automated tracking software and that auto tracking is initiated.
• Manage e-mail communication between account managers and carriers.
• Review and register all requested accessorials in database for reimbursement.
• Ensure boards are cleaned with complete and concise turnover documentation daily.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Assist in the identification and execution of process improvement initiatives.

• Review and reply to incoming emails from carriers, making sure to forward all necessary documents to imaging department for processing.

• Assist in the identification and execution of process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prefer college degree or 1 year of applicable carrier sales / freight brokerage / transportation and logistics experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve.
• Proactivity; highly motivated and driven.
• Experience with McLeod a plus.
