Job summary

CSC Generation Enterprise is seeking an experienced Trainer in Mexico to support employees across multiple brands. You will create, deliver, and maintain training programs to strengthen performance, product knowledge, customer experience, and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role; you will teach complex information clearly, facilitate learning, coach employees, and develop engaging materials. You will lead virtual sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep content

Qualifications

3+ years of proven training experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with CRM platforms and LMS.
Instructional design experience.
Ability to lead virtual instructor‑led training.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain training programs for new hires and existing staff.
Deliver instructor‑led sessions across phone, chat, email, and SMS.
Create and maintain training materials and LMS/eLearning modules.
Translate complex processes into clear learning content.
Coach employees and address skill gaps.
Evaluate training effectiveness with data.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep training accurate.
Use AI tools to improve content and coaching.
Stay current on learning trends and tools.
