Job summary

Redial BPO in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Sales Trainer to onboard and develop new hires and staff for a fast-paced sales environment. You will design, deliver, and refine training programs, leveraging classroom and virtual sessions to drive performance.

You will collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and to support new campaigns and process updates. Strong English/Spanish bilingual skills and instructional design experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (B2+ level in English)
• Experience creating training materials and instructional content

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for new and existing staff
• Design, update, and tailor training materials and presentations
• Create an inclusive learning environment encouraging participation
• Monitor progress and provide coaching to improve performance
• Develop assessments to measure learning effectiveness
• Maintain training records and reporting
• Coordinate onboarding requirements for new hires
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and leadership to align training with goals

About the Role

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for onboarding and developing new hires and operational staff, ensuring they acquire the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. You will collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to deliver impactful training programs that drive performance and business results.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Design, update, and customize training materials and presentations.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
• Coordinate system access and onboarding requirements for new hires.
• Partner with Operations, Quality Assurance, and leadership teams to align training with business goals.
• Support the launch of new campaigns, initiatives, and process updates.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual English & Spanish (English level B2+ or higher)
• Intermediate PC and Microsoft Office skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Experience creating training materials and instructional content
• Availability to work flexible schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Trainer, Teacher, or Facilitator
• 6+ months of experience in Sales or Sales Training
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or related fields

Work Schedule

• Preferred shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with schedule availability)
