Bain & Company in Mexico City is seeking a Coordinator, Americas HR Operations to deliver HR activities in assigned offices, primarily as a Training Liaison. You will support cross-location training coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication in a deadline-driven environment.

You will work closely with local teams and the Global Training unit, handling confidential information and balancing multiple priorities while fostering strong working relationships across offices.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 1–3 years of professional administrative HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to different audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Training Liaison activities and training calendars.
• Collaborate with employees, local PM teams, and Global Training to identify participants and trainers.
• Communicate session information, fees, and logistics to attendees; manage cancellations and schedule changes.
