Bain & Company’s BCN Mexico is seeking a senior HR leader to drive talent strategy and programs across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with Mexican leadership, HR partners, and Global Talent to build scalable, compliant people programs.

You will lead talent processes, develop leaders, and ensure alignment with regional priorities while managing a high-performing talent team in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in human resources or talent management.
• Experience in a global professional services organization preferred.
• Experience across talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employment practices.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced English; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, judgmental, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; can support dashboards and leadership reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with BCN Mexico leadership to deliver talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead annual talent processes in Mexico (performance reviews, compensation planning, development, benefits).
• Identify, develop, engage, and retain high-performing talent.
• Promote Bain Operating Principles and inclusive culture.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and development.
• Translate regional/global talent initiatives into local programs.
• Use workforce data to support talent decisions and improvements.
• Develop recruiting plans with business leaders; manage dashboards for leadership updates.
• Collaborate with India Recruiting Lead to adopt best practices.
• Deliver talent priorities to support growth and operational effectiveness.
• Support change initiatives and HR process improvements.
• Ensure consistent delivery of talent programs across the lifecycle.
• Lead and coach the local Talent team; foster cross-functional collaboration.
