This role focuses on measurement, reporting, and ensuring program execution across the sales force, with responsibilities spanning vendor coordination, events, and education.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in trade marketing, incentives, sales, or related areas (adjustable by level).
• Skills: Advanced Excel, data analysis, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop incentive program proposals aligned with commercial objectives and strategy.
• Define program mechanics, targets, eligibility rules, and payout schemes.
• Administer incentive programs through full cycle: launch, operation, settlement.
