Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
• Experience handling projects and teams in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Calculate incentives monthly and quality control of incentive compensation.
• Understand quota and incentives models for private and public channels.
• Maintain data quality for sales information and related databases.
• Support Objective Setting (quota) and planning matters; supervise results.
• Analyze performance and KPIs to provide actionable recommendations.
