Job summary

LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Time & Absence Management, to own the health and governance of high-volume Time and Absence services, manage escalations and ensure reliable daily operations.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, HRIS and advisory teams, translate data into risk assessments, and drive improvements through governance, controls and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Time and Absence or payroll-related experience.
• Led complex operational escalations through root-cause analysis and containment.
• Delivered projects with change readiness and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Govern Time and Absence policies, controls and SLAs.
• Develop corrective plans to reduce defects and dependencies on senior management.
• Create a prioritized improvement roadmap based on service data and quality reviews.
