Job summary

Lego Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an Advisor, Time and Attendance to support employees across Mexico company codes. You’ll manage vacation balances, resolve time-related tickets and prepare accurate timecard information for pre-payroll.

You’ll also train supervisors and contribute to the 2027 implementation of our new workforce-management platform. You’ll train supervisors, contribute to the 2027 implementation of our workforce-management platform and collaborate with Payroll and IT

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Time and Attendance or HR processes
• Experience managing Time and Attendance with SAP or similar
• Analysed large datasets with advanced Excel
• Resolved employee requests via ServiceNow or equivalent
• Prepared timecard corrections for pre-payroll
• Communicated in English at an intermediate level

Responsibilities

• Manage vacation balances and time-related tickets for Mexico company codes
• Prepare accurate timecard information for pre-payroll
• Train supervisors on Time and Attendance processes
• Contribute to the 2027 implementation of the workforce-management platform
• Resolve Time and Attendance tickets and employee inquiries
• Provide clear guidance to supervisors on time inc idences and vacation requests
