Job summary

LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Specialist, Benefits Management to own the operational health and continuity of Benefits services, coordinating Senior Advisors and liaising with Centres of Expertise, vendors and Learning Administration.

You will drive root-cause analyses, backlog improvements and ensure readiness for projects, system changes and transitions, while strengthening stakeholder relationships across functions and regions.

Qualifications

• Built 3-4 years in Benefits or Hire-to-Retire operations.
• Led complex Benefits escalations through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Directed discussions with Centres of Expertise, vendors and partners.
• Maintained a structured backlog of improvements.
• Supported Benefits processes including insurance, retirement and wellbeing.
• Delivered impact assessments and change testing for projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health and continuity of Benefits services.
• Coordinate Senior Advisors and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Support Learning Administration activities within Benefits.
• Drive readiness for projects, system changes and transitions.
• Provide process improvements and automation opportunities.
