Job summary

The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Sr. Advisor to lead Employee Master Data activities, updating and reporting on HR data globally. You will support payroll and planning, create HR documents, and drive data quality improvements while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Payroll and HR partners across functions, leveraging Workday or SAP, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Employee Master Data role.
• Confidentiality and data quality controls are essential.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday or SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update HR data accurately and generate reports.
• Create HR documents (contracts, merit letters, offer letters, etc.).
• Perform data quality controls and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payroll and other HR functions; mentor junior team members.
