Job summary

The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an Advisor, Time and Attendance to manage vacation balances, time records and pre-payroll inputs across Mexican codes. You’ll also train supervisors and contribute to a 2027 workforce-management platform rollout.

With 2–3 years of Time and Attendance experience, you’ll combine SAP, Excel and ServiceNow skills to resolve tickets, correct timecards and deliver accurate data for payroll and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Time and Attendance or HR processes.
• Managed Time and Attendance using SAP or similar platform.
• Analysed large datasets using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Resolved employee requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Prepared timecard corrections supporting accurate pre-payroll activities.
• Communicated in English at an intermediate professional level.

Responsibilities

• Accurate vacation balances and time records for employees across Mexico codes.
• Reliable pre-payroll inputs through timely timecard reviews, corrections and adjustments.
• Clear guidance for supervisors managing tickets, time incidences and vacation requests.
• Consistent resolution of Time and Attendance tickets and employee enquiries.
• Operational readiness supporting the 2027 workforce-management platform implementation.
