The LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a six-month fixed-term contract to support Consumer Shopper Engagement and Business Support Operations. You will own employee relations governance, lead investigations, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor law in a hybrid 3 days in-office arrangement.

You will mentor managers, oversee onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding, and coordinate with Legal, Safety, IT, and Compliance to mitigate risks.

Formación

• Experience in Labor Relations including LFT knowledge and application.
• Experience working in larger organizations.
• Build partner relationships with the ability to collaborate across geographies, functions, and organizational levels.

• Proven business understanding and acumen.
• Strong communication and relationship builders.

Responsabilidades

• Own Employee Relations governance for the site and lead investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Mitigate labor and compliance risk and ensure adherence to Mexican Labor Law and audit standards.
• Act as trusted advisor to site leadership and mentor on performance management and engagement risks.
• Lead workplace investigations and manage cases including harassment and ethics breaches.
• Support onboarding compliance, performance processes, and offboarding practices.
• Audit climate and attrition drivers and propose preventive interventions.
• Ensure audit readiness and documentation control for files and records.
• Coordinate with Legal, Safety, IT, and Compliance on risk matters including data privacy.
