Job summary

LEGO Group in Monterrey, MX, seeks a Senior Specialist, Time & Absence Management to own operational health, governance and high-volume services. You’ll coordinate complex escalations, implement controls and ensure smooth payroll interfaces.

You’ll partner with Advisors, Payroll and cross-functional teams to design sustainable improvements, document processes and drive readiness for system changes in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Time and Absence, HR operations, payroll-connected services or similar.
• Led complex escalations with root-cause analysis, containment and corrective actions.
• Delivered projects involving impact assessments, change readiness and user acceptance testing.
• Translated service data into risk assessments, controls and improvement decisions.
• Applied Time and Absence processes to understand payroll impacts and coached teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance across Time and Absence policies and SLAs.
• Develop sustainable corrective plans reducing recurring defects and senior-management dependency.
• Create a prioritised improvement roadmap informed by service data and quality reviews.
• Ensure operational readiness for system changes and workforce-management implementations.
• Document processes, enable cross-training and provide dependable backup across the team.
• Facilitate stakeholder forums with Payroll, Centres of Expertise and partner teams.
