The Citi branch in Mexico is seeking an entry-level Teller to support daily transactions and deliver exceptional customer service. You will process cash and non-cash transactions, assist customers with account needs, and help promote digital banking solutions.

Working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, you will follow bank procedures, manage risk, and collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate, friendly service and branch revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and customer service experience.
• Money handling experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for Citi clients with friendly service.
• Perform banking transactions including cash handling and vault management.
• Identify referrals for Citi products based on client goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies, controls and regulations to safeguard assets.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products.
