GMS is seeking a Presales Manager with a strong telecom engineering background to collaborate with the sales team, drive new customer acquisition, and expand opportunities with existing clients. The role focuses on delivering in-depth product knowledge and recognizing market trends to shape offerings.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with Portuguese a plus. The candidate should understand SS7, SMPP, SIP, CAMEL, CAMARA protocols and have Unix-based OS experience for cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field.
• Proven telecom industry experience and network/signaling expertise.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Knowledge of SS7, SMPP, SIP, CAMEL, CAMARA protocols.
• Unix-based OS experience is a plus.
• Power BI and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities with existing clients.
• Support sales with in-depth product and business knowledge.
• Identify trends in customer needs, market demands, and feature requests.
• Determine best-in-class services and communicate the company value proposition to the sales team and clients.
• Share knowledge and proactively suggest improvements to processes and solutions.
