Job summary

Motorola Solutions Mexico seeks an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to drive post-sales strategies for complex radio/telecom systems. You will assist the sales team through RFx processes, contribute to system architecture and capabilities, and perform site surveys, coverage mapping, and frequency planning.

Responsibilities include configuring/installing transceivers and core infrastructure, maintaining detailed deployment records, and providing ongoing post-implementation support; travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications, Computer Systems, Informatics, or related.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable technical setting.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• English proficiency at a B1-B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: support the sales team through RFx processes and assist with system architecture and capabilities.
• Assist with coverage mapping, antenna configuration, and frequency planning.
• Post-Sales (Projects): conduct site surveys, evaluate prerequisites, and manage deployment.
• Configure and install transceivers, antennas, routers, switches, and core infrastructure.
• Maintain as-built documentation and perform troubleshooting for system performance.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation services including warranties and maintenance.
