Motorola Solutions in Mexico City seeks a technically adept engineer to develop and implement post-sales strategies for complex radio and telecommunications systems, supporting internal stakeholders and clients across Pre-Sales and Post-Sales stages.

You will lead end-to-end installation, configure core infrastructure, and perform site surveys, frequency planning, and network design, traveling up to 50% as required, with English proficiency at B1-B2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a technical setting.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level or equivalent.
• Desirable: Professional certifications in relevant technologies (P25, Tetra, DMR).
• Valid Passport, Driver's License, US B1/B2 Visa.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales team through technical guidance during RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Assist the engineering sales group with system architecture and technical capabilities design.
• Aid the engineering team with coverage mapping, antenna configuration, and frequency planning.
• Conduct surveys for core and remote locations to evaluate prerequisites for project setup.
• Develop a technical deployment roadmap and manage end-to-end installation at facilities.
• Configure and install components from transceivers to routers and core infrastructure.
• Maintain detailed records and deliver final as-built documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting and analysis to improve system performance.
• Carry out field evaluations for coverage, interference, and intermodulation.
