Creatio is seeking a Technical Trainer in Mexico City to join our Academy team. You will design, deliver, and tailor instructor-led training for customers and partners, online and onsite, focusing on our AI-powered CRM and No-Code platform.

Ideal candidates have proven trainer experience, excellent communication, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to simplify complex topics. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, measure knowledge retention, and help drive ongoing product adoption.

Formación

• Proven experience as a trainer with success communicating complex technical topics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to audiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, No-Code platforms, and enterprise software.

Responsabilidades

• Design, maintain, and deliver instructor-led training for end-users, customers, partners, and stakeholders, including hands-on exercises and materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate training content.
• Collect feedback to track knowledge retention and inform continuous improvement.
