Klar is seeking a CRM/Operations professional in Mexico City to design, optimize, and scale AI-powered engagement across multiple channels. You will work with data, product, and brand teams to turn insights into impactful customer messaging strategies.

The role is full-time with a hybrid model, requiring 2–3 days in the office weekly. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a strong customer-obsessed mindset.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a similar operations/fintech role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using CRM workflows with Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, or Customer.io.
• Experience coordinating multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Proficient in SQL and data tools (Looker, Amplitude, Tableau) to monitor performance.
• Strong copywriting and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, optimize, and scale intelligent CRM flows across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with data, product, and brand teams to translate insights into messaging strategies.
• Manage and optimize CRM campaigns from planning to execution.
• Track CRM metrics and report on performance; analyze customer behavior.
• Maintain campaign documentation and update guidelines; document A/B test plans and learnings.
• Support ongoing ideation of engagement tactics and retention strategies.
