SpotOn in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Trainer to support onboarding and ongoing training for the CX organization. You will help deliver the core curriculum, assist with scheduling, and document trainee progress under guidance.

The role emphasizes facilitation, collaboration with SMEs and Enablement Partners, and continuous improvement of materials. A bachelor’s degree and customer success or related experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1 year of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional methods.
• Basic facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
• TTT/CTT+ or related certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the standardized onboarding curriculum to new hires.
• Support and facilitate instructor-led training sessions.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and credential setup.
• Document trainee progress and completion checklists.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Enablement Partners to align training with operations.
• Update training materials based on QA findings and operational changes.
• Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and checklists to ensure high-quality output.
