Creatio Mexico City is seeking a Solution Consultant to support LATAM by providing technical expertise and leading technology evaluations. You will work with the sales team as the technical adviser and product advocate, illustrating Creatio’s no-code AI-driven CRM capabilities through tailored demos.

You will engage business and technical users, address objections, and guide customers through complex sales cycles. Travel as needed; office monthly in Mexico City.

Formación

• 2-3 years in solution consulting, presales, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS (CRM, BPM, or automation solutions preferred).
• Expertise in business process automation, CRM platforms, or customer experience solutions.
• Exceptional presentation skills with ability to tell compelling stories through customized demos.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers; LATAM market dynamics knowledge.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel as needed and to work in Creatio Mexico City office at least monthly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions and align Creatio capabilities with prospect requirements.
• Develop value-driven demos for diverse personas (C-suite, IT, end-users).
• Deliver product demos and technical briefs for key accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers on digital transformation with no-code/low-code CRM.
• Collaborate with partners to define sales approaches based on product capabilities.
• Support Account Executives on deal progression and share knowledge within the team.
