Microsoft in Mexico City seeks an experienced trainer to deliver a two-week onboarding program for FTE Technical Support Engineers. Using an AI-first delivery model, you will design and run in-person sessions that cover professional skills, process, tools, and non-technical customer service topics to accelerate Time to Competency.

You will establish a solid foundation for all new TSEs, ensuring core content is complete before moving to deeper technical training.

Formación

• Proven instructor, trainer, facilitator background.
• Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills.
• Experience managing groups in person.
• High energy, engaging personality, and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite full time.
• Ability to lead independently when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a two-week new hire onboarding program.
• Lead in-person training sessions covering non-technical topics using an AI-first delivery model.
• Provide the core foundation content for all TSEs during their first two weeks.
• Develop content aligned to AI-enabled and tech-driven training approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency across cohorts.
