Thomson Reuters México is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft training that empowers users of CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters solutions. You will design curriculum, content, and learning assets in collaboration with internal teams, with a focus on AI-enabled instructional design.

The role requires 5+ years in instructional design, advanced English, and hybrid work with in-office presence several days weekly in CDMX.

Formación

• BS or MA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar.
• Advanced English proficiency; testing prior to interview.
• Experience with Articulate Suite and other digital learning tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and LMS.
• Experience using generative AI for content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and developing training curriculum, content, and learning experiences.
• Collaborating with Content Leads, Curriculum Designers, and Technical Trainers.
• Researching materials and developing new, up-to-date training resources.
• Conducting needs analysis, curriculum mapping, and evaluation of materials.
• Designing engaging, graphically rich learning materials.
