Creatio is seeking an AI Consultant in Mexico City to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable ROI. You’ll bridge business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, advising customers and collaborating with AI engineers, product, sales, and customer success to ensure scaled deployment.

You’ll craft adoption roadmaps, translate requirements into concrete agent concepts, and guide delivery teams from pre-sales through adoption while staying current

Formación

• Experience in client-facing consulting roles focused on AI strategy.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify opportunities.
• Understand customer processes to prioritize impactful AI use cases.
• Translate requirements into solution designs and implementation proposals.
• Define AI agent integration with CRM, ERP, SaaS, and APIs.
• Prepare agent specifications and documentation for delivery teams.
• Assist pre-sales, delivery, and adoption teams; support executive discussions.
• Stay updated on AI technologies and industry best practices.
