Job summary
Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to drive technical SEO across a portfolio of higher-education and nonprofit partners. You will identify crawl, indexation, and structural issues, write developer-ready specs, and verify fixes, while also building Claude-based tools to automate audits, reporting, and QA.
You’ll work with the SEO Lead and executives to scale the SEO service across many accounts. The role requires 5+ years in SEO with a strong focus on technical work, hands-on experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
- Proven ability to uncover high-impact issues and drive fixes.
- Hands-on experience with key SEO tools and WordPress.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows and Claude-based tooling.
- Clear written communication, writing developer specs and client-facing recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical SEO across client accounts and defend impact-based prioritizations.
- Write dev-ready specs and ensure fixes are implemented and verified.
- Monitor search analytics and catch issues before clients see them.
- Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, and QA.
- Build scalable systems to automate audits, content production, and checks.
- Collaborate with SEO Lead and executives to improve outcomes.
