Job summary

Atomic HR seeks a Technical SEO Lead to own the technical SEO strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, improving crawlability, indexing, and site structure while building Claude-based tools to automate audits and reporting. You’ll work with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO to scale our AI-enabled processes.

You’ll combine hands-on audits with the design of AI-assisted workflows, write actionable specs for developers, and drive high-impact fixes across multiple sites in a fully

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Demonstrated ability to uncover high-impact issues and fix them.
• Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong WordPress knowledge to specify fixes.
• Advanced Claude experience including AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear written communication for specs and client-friendly recommendations.
• Comfort owning outcomes across many accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Run technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links.
• Prioritize issues by impact and defend decisions.
• Write dev-ready specs and verify fixes.
• Handle light WordPress implementations (titles, meta, redirects, schema).
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to catch drops and indexing problems.
• Own AI-ready SEO for Claude-based search (AEO/GEO).
• Design and build Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, and QA.
• Translate standards into reusable systems and train the team.
• Connect GSC, GA4, crawl exports, and Ahrefs/Semrush into actionable workflows.
