Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to oversee technical SEO for a portfolio of higher education partners. You will craft developer-ready specs, fix issues, and build Claude-based workflows to streamline audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Track record of surfacing high-impact issues and driving fixes
• Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Strong WordPress knowledge to spec fixes precisely
• Advanced hands-on experience with Claude, building AI-assisted workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and mentor the team
• Run technical audits: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals
• Write developer-ready specs and verify fixes post-release
• Manage light WordPress tasks: titles, meta, redirects, schema
• Build Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, QA
• Document systems, train the team, and measure time saved
