Atomic HR is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to drive optimization across a portfolio of higher-education partner accounts. You will own technical audits, implement spec-driven fixes, and guide developers to deploy changes that improve crawlability, indexing, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with 3+ years in technical SEO.
• Proven track record improving rankings and technical visibility.
• Hands-on WordPress and schema implementation.
• Experience building AI-assisted SEO workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Run audits covering crawlability, indexing, site architecture, core web vitals, and redirects.
• Write developer-ready specs and follow through.
• Handle light WordPress tasks with Yoast/Rank Math.
• Build Claude-based tools and workflows.
• Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 to catch issues.
