Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to oversee the technical SEO strategy for a portfolio of higher education clients. You will identify crawl, indexation, and schema issues, write developer-ready specs, and drive fixes while building Claude-based tooling to streamline audits and reporting.

You will collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO, own AI-ready workflows, and help scale the service across multiple accounts.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO with 3+ years in technical SEO.
• Proven ability to uncover high-impact site issues and fix them.
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, redirects, and schema.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows and Claude-based tools.
• Clear written communication: specs for developers and client-facing recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and defend prioritizations.
• Write developer-ready specs and ensure fixes are implemented and verified.
• Handle light WordPress tasks: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema.
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to catch drops and indexing issues.
• Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, and QA.
• Document systems, train the team, and measure time saved or results improved.
