Job summary
Atomic Hr seeks a Technical SEO Lead to own technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education clients. You will craft developer-ready specs, drive fixes, and build Claude-based workflows to scale audits, reporting, and QA. You’ll also implement WordPress-related enhancements and ensure AI-ready content structures for future search.
You’ll work with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO, remotely. You bring 5+ years in SEO, deep tool experience, and a track record of delivering
Qualifications
- 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO, ideally across multiple sites.
- Track record of uncovering high-impact issues, prioritizing them, and driving fixes.
- Deep hands-on experience with SEO tools and WordPress implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical SEO across client accounts, auditing crawlability, indexation, and CWV.
- Write developer-ready specs and ensure fixes are verified post-release.
- Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, QA, and reporting.
- Build content production systems from briefs to near-publish drafts.
- Support the team and clients as the go-to technical resource.
