Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to own technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education and nonprofit clients. You will write developer-ready specs and drive AI-enabled workflows that scale audits, reporting, QA, and content production.

You will build Claude-based tools, collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director, and ensure measurable gains in search visibility while delivering repeatable processes across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Track record uncovering high-impact issues and fixing them
• Hands-on with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Strong WordPress knowledge for spec writing and fixes
• Claude AI workflow experience for audits and QA

Responsabilités

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and monitor issues
• Write developer-ready specs and ensure fixes are released
• Build Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, and QA
• Design scalable systems and document them for the team
• Support client success and explain technical topics in calls
