Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to act as the expert across a portfolio of higher education client accounts. You will drive technical audits, develop Claude-based tools, and create scalable workflows for audits, QA, and content production.

You will collaborate with the SEO Lead and support the Executive Director of SEO, overseeing multi-account ownership and ensuring high-impact fixes are implemented efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with 3+ years in technical SEO
• Proven ability to uncover high-impact issues and drive fixes
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush
• Strong knowledge of WordPress: themes, plugins, redirects, schema
• Advanced experience with Claude, building agents and AI-assisted workflows
• Clear written communication to produce developer specs and client-friendly recommendations
• Comfort owning outcomes across many accounts concurrently

Responsabilités

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and prioritize issues by impact
• Write developer-ready specs and ensure fixes are implemented
• Handle light WordPress tasks: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, schema
• Monitor Search Console and GA4 to detect drops and indexing issues
• Develop Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, and QA
• Build scalable SEO systems and documentation that save time and improve results
• Support client success and participate in calls for deep technical topics
